FULLY CERTIFIED STOTT PILATES® INSTRUCTOR (ALL EQUIPMENT)
Originally from Korea, Cia’s journey with Pilates began while she was working in an office environment, struggling with low stamina and energy. After exploring various forms of exercise, she discovered that Pilates was the most effective and sustainable workout for improving both her physical and mental well-being.Through years of practice and professional training, she has developed a strong understanding of core strength, postural alignment, muscle toning, and overall wellness. In every session, she focuses on building strength from the powerhouse, enhancing spinal mobility, and improving posture alignment — all while incorporating a balanced blend of contemporary and classical Pilates movements.
Outside of teaching, she enjoys expanding her movement knowledge by learning ballet, and I stay active with running and gym workouts. These diverse practices continue to inspire her approach to Pilates, helping her stay connected to both discipline and creativity in movement.

Originally from Europe, Lynn has always been passionate about movement, well-being, and prevention. Her background in dance has given her a deep appreciation of body awareness and the art of moving with intention.She began her Pilates journey as a way to find balance and grounding while navigating a demanding corporate career. What started as a personal practice soon evolved into a desire to help others feel stronger, more aligned, and at ease in their own bodies.
In her teaching, Lynn combines precision and mindfulness. She believes that movement is about more than just physical fitness; it's also about cultivating lasting harmony between posture, soft strength, and inner well-being.

Carmen discovered Pilates while recovering from knee and neck injuries during her years in office work in finance.
Practicing consistently for years rebuilt her strength and mobility, sparking a desire to change careers and share its transformative benefits—inviting more people to experience the same renewal.
This passion drives her small group and private classes, where she designs programs for individual needs and provides detailed instructions and personalized adjustments for diverse body conditions, whether clients seek injury recovery, pain relief, or improved alignment and resilience.

Her own experience with Pilates' life-changing effects inspired her to shift careers. This insight is central to her private practice, where she specializes in tailoring programs to each client's unique body and goals—whether they seek pain management, postural correction, or enhanced strength and flexibility.
